Because just like in the bedside space, if you are using humor in a way that builds bonds and relationships with the patient can be really beautiful, and normalizing.

It was specific to the relationship with the patient, the patient’s social context in which they might take this information. I think a lot of back office function, predicting ER loads and OR loads to do better scheduling of staff. There’s edits I would’ve done to that, but that was pretty amazing. That makes sense.
