A total of 122,397 patients and 999 family physicians, 107 nurse practitioners and 411 administrative staff nested into 104 clinics answered the survey. Multi-level logistic regression models were fit.

I remember as a fellow, I would come in and our nurse practitioner on our hospice team, I would say the word narcotics, and f or half an hour, she would just lay into me. I see this in the hospital when I’m doing addiction medicine consults. And we’ve been consulted multiple times. They’re often angry.
