Another thing you could do is let’s really encourage discussion ahead of time between the appointed surrogate and the patient while the patient’s competent about patients preferences about their values. And so one of the patients that we mentioned in that article is a gentleman who lived four hours away who was unable to come to chemotherapy appointments because his pain was so debilitating once we gave him not a huge amount of opioids, he was actually able to come get chemotherapy and then live for much longer. I want to be mindful of time.
