I am part of some other work in the ICU world looking at time-limited trials and trying to better define what those are, how we talk about them, how we talk about them with patients and families. And then the family tells me they can’t keep an appointment, they can’t manage their finances. Well, even for somebody like you, who’s pretty familiar with the instruments, it might cause distress for the patient, maybe their family. So it matters a lot to the person, to their family, to the community.
