Like, I’ve had people who’ve appointed their super as their healthcare decision makers and certainly, I mean, I feel like every, every time we talk about what’s changed in, in day to day life, we reflect on Covid. And boy, I haven’t been able to work with them to find somebody to help them make a decision.

These are patients who had a pre-existing chronic disease, very broadly defined. COPD, heart failure, solid oncology, hematologic malignancy, dementia, ALS, interstitial lung disease, several others.
