So a lot of these patients that I care for are at risk for mortality or poor prognosis in general, and wanting to know how do we still provide them with quality care without giving them too many pricks, too many titrations when it comes to insulin. I feel like I recognize it when I see it, but I struggle to give a clear definition or provide effective ways to address it. We need this type of push to make us feel that we are part of a community and we are part of a movement and things are changing because we are around.
