When the doctor is late for the clinic, and patients are waiting for more than 30 minutes, it is helpful to have a staff member enter the reception area (not the waiting room) and provide patients with an estimated arrival time for the doctor.

They do the homework they talk about then with their doctor or their healthcare provider. Like, what communities would have been included for that study? It was not different.
