And we got this as a hospice referral, and could we, you know, take her on and support her in hospice? And then finally you have the moral distress of the providers. And honestly, this was not a well planned out thing.

And so a lot of it was the facilitators calling out with the approval of the provider to the patients ahead of time to see, like, you have a visit coming up. Ideally the conversation would happen before, but also clinicians were able to make referrals to facilitators. ABIM MOC credit will be offered to subscribers in November, 2025.
