We were never going to have all the geriatricians that folks had forecast, whether it was 25,000 in 2025 or 30,000 in 2030, we were never going to get there. I think the first time I noticed it was, like as a medical student when you would rotate on one service with one attending and they would make decisions about how to treat a case one way. So we got community members who said that if their loved one were ever to get sick, they would be the one who would be the decision maker.
