Did your intervention Lexy actually have any effect on utilization, which again, somewhat argue is the reason that services palliative care get funded? And we don’t know very much about how all of those overlap.

So, basically, with a stepped care model, the goal is to tailor care delivery to the patient’s needs while at the same time utilizing less clinician resources. They had access to the cancer center resources, but they didn’t have access to sort of regular contact with palliative care mental health professionals.
