The Impact of a Health Professions Education Program on Concussion Management: A Multi-Methods Study of ECHO Concussion [Neurologic illness]

ECHO Concussion was launched in 2019 to teach clinicians a comprehensive approach to concussion diagnosis and management. Results From November 2019 to June 2024, 636 clinicians attended ECHO Concussion sessions. The qualitative descriptive approach was used to inductively code FGD transcripts. 11 (9%) participated in FGDs.

Assessment of Project ECHO(R) Opioid Use Disorder Sessions for Primary Care Teams [Education and training]

Intervention: 12 monthly online OUD sessions held from April 2023 to March 2024. 4 expert faculty members developed session curriculum: screening and diagnosis, using behavioral health/counseling, addressing harm reduction, among others. Population studied: PC teams (clinical and non-clinical roles).

Neighborhood Determinants of Primary Care Access in Virginia [Original Research]

Analyses were performed from 2023 to 2024. Among need measures, PCP access was only positively associated with diagnosis of depression per 1,000 residents (0.01; P < 001). We assessed associations between PCP access and these characteristics using spatial autoregressive models with lagged independent variables.
