When we take a mental health history, for example, I think we ask people, we do the PHQ, or whatever it is that we’re doing, asking people that mood. Subscribers will claim MOC credit by completing an evaluation with self-reflection questions. Katie: Yeah.

And now when I think about the clinic at Duke, when we’re really running on all cylinders, we can get ourselves up to a five, six, seven week wait for a new palliative care referral. That’s a lot of appointments that we have to account for over time. I don’t know if we captured where the hospice referral came from.
