At this meeting, the Geriatric Medicine Board received statistics on the current state of certification in geriatric medicine, assessment enrollment, demographics and pass rates, and data from post-assessment surveys. 4,372 of these (92%) also have a current valid certificate in Internal Medicine.

ABIM MOC credit will be offered to subscribers in November, 2024. So, if they have an alcohol use disorder and that’s really impairing their ability to make it to chemotherapy appointments or it’s causing them to have even more mucositis related pain, you need to know about that. But alcohol and opioids are up there.
