In our institution, screenings are completed for patients ≥15 years during well visits; those not presenting for well visits and under 15 may represent missed opportunities. Often that doesn’t leave a whole lot of time for other things. And ideally at other times too. And I fully expect CMS will bring this measure into the outpatient world.
