Between September 2022 and June 2023, online questionnaires were sent to patients attached to a family physician and to PHC professionals and administrative staff. A total of 122,397 patients and 999 family physicians, 107 nurse practitioners and 411 administrative staff nested into 104 clinics answered the survey. Instrument.

Population Study: Primary care clinicians including MD/DO and advanced practice providers (i.e., nurse practitioners and physician assistants). Beginning of Phase 2 (rapid implementation), 630 xOrders were released with an additional 253 xOrders added between 9/26/2021 and 6/24/2023. A one-time survey was also conducted.
