Objective: Describe the trends in sickle cell admissions between Jan 2020 and Dec 2023 at an academic medical center (AMC) in Augusta, Georgia. We noted that a small number of patients are readmitted multiple times.

Addictions treatment and hospital-based care was the third highest overall (23.2% POPULATION STUDIED: All family physicians in Ontario, who submitted a billing claim during the study period.

Patient Experience of Emergency Department Care in Newfoundland and Labrador: A Structural Equation Modeling Analysis [Health care services, delivery, and financing]

Population Studied: Patients visiting the EDs from 1 March 2021 to 27 July 2023 randomly selected based on their visit date and time. The final analysis showed that age, gender and hospital location are associated with patient ED care experience. A p-value of <0.05 was considered statistically significant.
