Population Studied: Eligibility criteria involved PCPs (family physicians and/or nurse practitioners) who facilitated a panel of patients; and PWLE who were 45 years of age or older, with or without a chronic condition, and who had documented appointments with an eligible PCP in the past six months.

The family declined an enema in the ED, and she was discharged home on a miralax cleanout to follow up with her PCP. During that initial visit, her physical exam was notable for generalized abdominal tenderness. She had a normal urinalysis and the abdominal x-rays seen here. She was diagnosed with constipation.

You should know exactly how your breast tissue feels and if notice even the slightest change, you should see your PCP right away. When I hit the magic age of 40, I was informed by my PCP that I would need to get a mammogram done. We, here at Family Physicians of Greeley, care about the health of our patients and community.

And also, you know, do they know of anyone, friends, family, coworkers who’s been attacked, were assaulted as a part of these incidents? Really, across the board, there was a spike, and it seemed to have, seems to have come down from 2022 to 2023. But if I were in the PCP setting or clinic, again, I would definitely use it.
