Study Design and Analysis: Tele-legal services were provided by one full time poverty lawyer and paralegal January 2021-June 2023. Descriptive analysis utilized primary legal record and secondary electronic health record sources. Nine focus groups were conducted and recorded, using semi-structured interviews.

Objective To examine utilization of the screening, and prevalence of FI at two time points in a pediatric clinic an urban pediatric practice that has implemented universal FI screening and response. Comparison of FI for paired patients in 2022 and 2023. 73% of FI families had a FI ICD-10 code documented (Table 1).

RESULTS There were 16,708 eligible encounters during the 12-month study period (June 2022-May 2023). Patients were ineligible if unable to see or hear, not English or Spanish speaking, or if they had a DCA in the past 12 months with an unimpaired or impaired result.
