Objective: Identify practice patterns of family physicians practicing within boutique clinics in Ontario. All fee-for-service physicians who billed at least 1 OHIP claim from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016 and from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 under their clinic group codes were included. Study Design and Analysis.

Context: Given limited critical care resources and an aging population, early interventions to prevent critical illness are vital. Population Studied: Patients age ≥60 years with primary care office visits or telemedicine visits in May and June 2023 and their health care team members.
