Context: Concerns about declining diversity among medical students have emerged due to the Supreme Court’s 2023 ruling against race-based affirmative action in college admissions. Data collection took place between June of 2023 and May of 2024. Family Medicine was the most common specialty among alumni respondents (29.9%).
