Eric 14:24 So it’s hard to improve resource utilization for these people where some of them didn’t sound like the sickest of people admitting them to the hospital, but all had some type of serious illness. I’m going to quote, so there’s an article in JAMA Internal Medicine recently by Madeline Sterling who’s in New York at Weill Cornell obtaining and paying for home care, navigating patients through the complex terrain of home care in the US. This is reaching the highest utilizers with a wraparound suite of services.
