Context: Patients with chronic medical conditions (CCs) and behavioral comorbidities have lower quality of life and increased healthcare expenses. Our work builds a foundation for cost-effective workflows to support patients with multimorbidity. 8% (n= 1,146) were ordered for medical condition management.

The observed decline in CVD mortality among patients with IMIDs is encouraging, yet sex disparities persist. From 1999 to 2020, the dataset captured 127,149 deaths in which CVD was listed among 281,355 IMID-related deaths overall. per 100,000 in 2020. Although the absolute gap narrowed, it persisted through 2020 ( P <0.001).
