It means that we’re still having those one-on-one conversations between primary care providers and individuals who are vaccine hesitant to try to educate them and understand and respond to their concerns. And just trying to figure out when somebody got a vaccination for me is exceedingly confusing, it takes a while.

Yeah, that’s a more complicated story. But yeah, it’s complicated. I 100% agree with Corita that we felt our people were trained in communication, in goals of care, even delivering bad news, that is things we were not trained before. No difference in their primary outcome. And it was like 29eds. Is that right?

And so I did all of my research training in health services research, health policy, and then was very grateful to be recruited by Dr. Christine Ritchie when she transitioned here to MGH in September of 2020. And so I knew that I wanted to do something related to palliative care because I work with people with advanced and serious illness.
