I think that’s something we’ve seen even with the most recent issues that came out, not new issues, but came to the surface with the racial reckoning that we saw in 2020 related to murders and deaths and killings and that sort of stuff that helps to reshape how we refer to different groups of individuals in our community.

In late 2020, industry groups challenged the final rule in federal court, but the case was dismissed for lack of standing. The final rule permitted FDA to solicit Section 804 Importation Programs (SIPs) from States and Tribes to import prescription drugs from Canada. So far, the Agency has received SIPs from at least five states.
