My wife, who’s a PhD nurse practitioner, who actually was a founding dean of the nursing school at GW, and I were thinking about, well, we’re not sure we want to work for somebody else all the time.

I remember as a fellow, I would come in and our nurse practitioner on our hospice team, I would say the word narcotics, and f or half an hour, she would just lay into me.
