The newly updated Surveillance List includes chemicals, materials and equipment used in the manufacture, production and distribution of currently abused synthetic drugs like fentanyl, amphetamine, methamphetamine, PCP, LSD, ketamine and others. Scheduling 4-FA in schedule I will enable the U.S. to fulfill its treaty obligations.
