DEA Cranks Out Updated Special Surveillance List and Proposed Regulatory Actions

The newly updated Surveillance List includes chemicals, materials and equipment used in the manufacture, production and distribution of currently abused synthetic drugs like fentanyl, amphetamine, methamphetamine, PCP, LSD, ketamine and others. Public comments must be submitted electronically or postmarked on or before July 3, 2025.
