Raj: It was indeed very, very gradual, and the seeds were sown when I was a medical student. It’s easier to concentrate on cure, diagnosis, cure. Raj: That’s one of the high tech medical absurdities that we have developed. Was it that thunderclap moment? People who are suffering are not very visible.
