In addition to CLMs, the differential diagnosis for these patients includes an airway obstruction, aspirated foreign body serving as an infectious nidus, and immunologic disorder.

Our last podcast was with Laura Petrillo in 2018 – 5 years ago seems ancient history – though many of the points still apply today (e.g. So say you have somebody new diagnosis, you’ve just put them on Metformin and something else, and you slap a CGM on them and they can see it. Goldilocks zone).
