I wrote this in 2016, when my visits were shorter because that EMR was simpler. Double booking is sometimes used as a strategy to manage no-shows. But the math is the same, no matter how long your normal appointments are. That can be really bad.

So like I said, I got to meet Thor, I believe it was May, 2016. I remember early on just being amazed by how I would go into a room and my perception, I’m not a medical provider, going into the room was like, oh wow, I have this sick old person laying in bed. Depends om my audience. How are you looking into this?
