I wrote this in 2016, when my visits were shorter because that EMR was simpler. Not only have we shortened medical appointments to 15 minutes. I get the feeling that non-providers think of this as something fairly ordinary, and even reasonable. And we need to risk a provider sometimes having fifteen unscheduled minutes.
