Double-Booking the Doctor is Half-Booking the Patient

I wrote this in 2016, when my visits were shorter because that EMR was simpler. But the math is the same, no matter how long your normal appointments are. Not only have we shortened medical appointments to 15 minutes. I get the feeling that non-providers think of this as something fairly ordinary, and even reasonable.
