Been in the hospital four times, vented, been told the story to her family, she won’t live. So I would love to hear. Alex: Yeah.

Joel: The Brigham and Women’s Hospital likes me to say that too. Alex: And the Brigham and Women’s Hospital. And she was rushed to the hospital. And they agreed on that and they talked to the people at the hospital, the surgeons and the nurses. They stayed in the hospital for longer. Joel: Oh yeah.

The MAID issue then came on the table in Canada after the 2015 Supreme Court ruling in Carter v. And so in that context, knowing that there was going to be some evolution of policy in this area, that’s how I got involved consulting with members, trying to understand the situation better, that type of thing.
