Since 2012, I’ve spoken to thousands of suicidal doctors—even published a book of physician suicide letters. Human rights abuse includes sexual harassment, racism, food/water deprivation, hazing, bullying, pimping, even physical assault—trainees have been hit with knives, punched, and left crying in operating rooms and hospital hallways.
