Multivariate analyses were conducted to evaluate adjusted hazard ratios for various demographic, clinical, and comorbid factors at the onset of the disease and after a 10-year follow-up period. Setting: Community-based study using Clalit Health Services (CHS) data. Intervention: 10-year follow-up to track T2D outcomes.
