Nursing home, length of stay, I think it was like back in 2010, at the end of life. Many also suffer from distressing symptoms like pain.

And the goal, even with comfort feeding only, and what was a revelation to me is it was introduced back in 2010 as a response to the recognition that tube feeding was fraught with problems, you know, caused decubitus ulcers, didn’t extend life. It’s a, it’s a, it’s a past self directing healthcare for a future self.
