Through a series of events, I started working as a consultant to the Department of Corrections in around 2006, and I was assigned to the California Medical Facility. Many years ago for the first study; I believe it was in 2009, 2010; I met with Susan Mitchell at the Institute for Aging Research, and told her that I wanted to study the use of feeding tubes for people with advanced dementia. That’s a problem in our healthcare financing system.

Give too much, it may cause harm (even if the higher dose had no significant side effects, it would require patients to take a lot of unnecessary additional pills as well as increase the cost.)
