I initially got into it because I was really looking at the psychophysiology of stress, and so how stress affects our health and how relationships were always a component of that. But then recognizing that our relationships impact our health even outside the context of stress. And then the second one in 2015. It’s tough.

And the goal, even with comfort feeding only, and what was a revelation to me is it was introduced back in 2010 as a response to the recognition that tube feeding was fraught with problems, you know, caused decubitus ulcers, didn’t extend life. It’s a, it’s a, it’s a past self directing healthcare for a future self.
