The programming in nursing homes, one of the things that has to change is that it has to be integrated into the clinical, it can’t be separate.

Nursing home, length of stay, I think it was like back in 2010, at the end of life. And, you know, some, some relationship with hospice, some might not do many referrals at all to hospice. Some will have stronger relationships with hospice. So they were a lot of preoccupied with other tasks, but clinical gestalt.
