Many years ago for the first study; I believe it was in 2009, 2010; I met with Susan Mitchell at the Institute for Aging Research, and told her that I wanted to study the use of feeding tubes for people with advanced dementia. Nursing homes are subsidized by their Medicare, by their rehab patients. How did this project get launched?
