But so if someone got admitted, palliative care could see them the next day. I think that study was really important, especially I think the message that I give people is you can do something as simple as calling a consultation and improve quality of life months later. Whenever I take care of a patient, I see myself as a family practice doctor, but I’ve been a hospitalist, I’ve been a primary care doctor, and I’ve done palliative. We have one doula who is really well-trained and well experienced in advanced care planning, and that’s kind of her thing that she does.
