Whenever I take care of a patient, I see myself as a family practice doctor, but I’ve been a hospitalist, I’ve been a primary care doctor, and I’ve done palliative. We have one doula who is really well-trained and well experienced in advanced care planning, and that’s kind of her thing that she does.
