I see this in the hospital when I’m doing addiction medicine consults. I think in the era when I trained in the 2008 timeframe, you know, it was very much just like somebody has pain, they need opioids, they have pain, they have more pain, they need lots more opioids. And we’ve been consulted multiple times.
