But then I realized who I wasn’t hearing from, I did not hear from the CEO of my organization, my healthcare organization. One was very surprising.

And we found out in our work that something like 70 or 80% of patients with dementia who have surgery come from the community, who are coming from home. That provision was taken out of Obamacare back in 2007, 2008. I mean, financially, the bulk of the American healthcare system is a fee-for-service system. Alex: Mm-hmm.
