Alex 16:55 My guess is probably not something that most geriatricians or internists or family medicine docs caring for older people have on their differential diagnosis. Is a new diagnosis of HIV. If they did, it was before AIDS was a diagnosis. How do you think about polypharmacy for these individuals?
