I joined SCPMG straight from residency in 2006. So it’s not uncommon that many patients start to ask certain questions and I’m like, did you happen to consult with Dr. Google before coming to see me? When you put in that referral, how do we make sure that that patient walks out with the specialty appointment versus phone tag.
