I also did a screening blood test to look for circulating tumor cells, which I will have an article on this soon! For this reason, medical experts classify DCIS as noninvasive. This is why conventional physicians treat DCIS in patients with surgery, radiation, and sometimes chemotherapy. Thankfully all turned out negative again.
