It’s just a trash can label—not really even a diagnosis, a made-up term that is used as psychological warfare on physicians to control us. I was suicidal myself as a physician and I survived that in 2004. You see a patient for 20 minutes and diagnose bronchitis, the patient pays you $100. Housewives were burned out.
