I was suicidal myself as a physician and I survived that in 2004. It’s dangerous and unsustainable; emotionally, physically, spiritually, financially for the patients—and for us. I assume most of you in here are not super specialized doing lung transplants and needing a helipad and tertiary-care hospital.
