And then there was a version in 2003 which Mark participated in and he since passed. I feel like geriatricians have a, maybe it’s more of a hate/hate relationship with NSAIDs right now. Ruining the patient doctor relationship because you get into a fight about what anti-coagulants should be on.

I have felt as I’ve come through this field over the last, I guess 2003 is when I realized I wanted to be a palliative care doctor. You’re talking about a paradigm shift in healthcare. I loved the relationship that we developed and the fun we had. Like why did you think it was important to do a GeriPal podcast on it?
